3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining and updating your account information
• Maintaining the security of your password and account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for inappropriate activities.

For client projects, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final design deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

7. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements and proposals. Generally:

• Projects require a 50% deposit to commence work
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery
• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our design services, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel a project before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit minus administrative fees.

We reserve the right to modify our payment terms with reasonable notice for future projects.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Disclaims all warranties, express or implied
• Does not warrant that the Service will be constantly available or available at all
• Does not warrant that defects will be corrected or that this Service or server are free of viruses or other harmful components
• Does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this Service in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise

In no event shall UI/UX Masters Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if an authorized representative of UI/UX Masters Ltd has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
